Qualified Company Secretary
2-3 years overall experience, at least 1 year post qualification experience in handling the company secretary ship responsibilities (preferably independently) in a small to medium company. Knowledge of maintenance of books of accounts. Team player and ability to interact and effectively deal with Senior Management, Vendors, Partners, Service Providers, Government, Employees of all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Financial Applications like Tally, SAP,CA / CWA Inter would be a plus
