Jobs Title: Manager – Relationship & Business Development

Job entails dealing with channels and customers of the company.
Candidate shall be required to achieve business targets measured on various Parameters on initiating these relationships and maintaining them over a long term. 
Following shall be part of deliverables:
- Planning & execution of sales/marketing activities
- Maintain effective business relationship with clients
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent people management skill
- Presentation skills to individuals and group
- Good understanding of sales and customer services roles and related responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of customer services strategy and challenges
- High degree of problem solving skills to resolve problems in a multi product/service environment
- Ability to interact at all levels
- Ability to focus on long-term direction of the company 
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High degree of resilience – not afraid to identify and take tough/unpopular decisions as required
- Excellent stakeholder management skills 
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
SkillSet Requirement: 
Candidate should be a MBA. 
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills. 
Should be Aggressive 
Must have Negotiation Skills 
Excellent Follow Up Skills
